Difference Between North and South

I don't think I ever really bought into the idea that Southerners were any more polite than anyone else in America, especially because I've traveled all over the world and found that everyone is generally good. However, since being in the business I guess I've only ever worked in the South until now. Since I arrived in Pittsburgh I've realized that I've gotten accustomed to "southern hospitality" and it seems that escorts who work in PA must have a tougher skin than we do down South

Possible, I'm in the northeast a lot and do find its very different than the southern states I travel in. Not that's its bad, I've meet many, many nice people in rural PA, NYC, Ohio, D.C. and Pittsburgh. They are a lot of fun, they just seem to go about it in a different way. I am not a cowboy by any means but I do call women ma'am alot and that really gets a good reaction up north and a few laughs and a few phone numbers, lol.
I will also say the local bar action is much better and more friendly up north that down south, not as much male ego flying around, ie., much less fighting and male stupidity.

I have spemt little time in the South but people seemed superficially more polite, but I don't know how deep that runs.

My thought is that Pittsburgh has got to be "nicer" than the real East. But a lot depends on how much respect you demand. You shouldn't take cr@p from anyone since it is not acceptable anywhere or place. And ypu don't need to adopt a Southern Belle persona to command repect. Just be a normal person.

I have worked in both areas and I will say that PGH guys are nice when you get to know them.
