There are a couple of ways to get references.First you can join an organization like P411 or datecheck and go through their screening process. This will serve a "reference" for some ladies. Second, you can search for "newbie friendly" providers that use their own screening process to determine if they will see you or not. Once seen by a reputable, well known provider or two, you will have your references. Another way is to contact a local Agency. Most have their own screening process that once completed and approved, you can see any of the ladies they have on staff. Once you have "established" yourself with the agency, you could use them as a reference. These are a few suggestions.
