Rate Structures

So I ran across a very curious set of rates recently, and quite frankly, I'm befuddled.
1/2 = 180
HR = 250 (ok, so for so good)
2Hrs = 600 (wait, that's 300 p/h)??
4 HR dinner date = 3000 (750 p/h)????
6 Hrs = 4000 (666 p/h)???
12 HR O/N = 6000 (500 p/h)???

Am I crazy? These rates make absolutely no sense to me whatsoever.

If there are any ladies reading: does this make any sense to you? It almost seems as if she is discouraging extended visits.
750 /hr for the dinner date? Is she paying for dinner out of that?

Some one please help me understand this...

I have seen a few similar rate structures.
I believe I have seen this one as well. Do you know whos ad it is?
I will post others I have come across as well.

It's a Boston Provider. I didn't want to use her name, so as not to start a ruckus with her directly. It just struck me as totally off thee wall.
