Obama is only up by 2 after the obligatory convention bounce; he's screwed. Allowing for the undecided vote, Obama is still running behind, based on Rasmussen's poll. Rasmussen will have Romney over Obama within a week. Romney is beginning a massive ad campaign in the swing states to counter the lies Obama has been spewing for several months. Once the effects of the new ads kick in, Obama will fade fast.

The telling thing that I am hearing in general conversations throughout the land is that many of the people that voted for Obama last time will not vote for him this time. In addition many are stating they will not vote at all.

The deciding factor in the upcoming election may well reside in the dont givbe a shits.
These are the ones that truly believe that elections do not affect them on a personal level. IN spired in the last election by Hope and Change they have seen neither hope or change and will more than likely stay home in droves. This is the prime reason that Obama is pandering to the dont give a shits.
It may come donw to what is on the local ballosts that will excite them to come out and vote. But then aain, they really dont give a shit, Odbama did not gget us out of the war aas promisedso that may be one of the most deciding factors for that group.
