The last Dim in the WH wasn't any better. In addition to handing out low-paying, government jobs to women, he expected those women to be his own, private courtesans. Hell, he was so skimpy he wouldn't even pay for the dry-cleaning!

There is no mention of what positions were being compared. Strictly by gender. Higher positions tend to be held by men, such as Chief of Staff, which also pay more. If you care to read the articles I posted, they state problems with the "study" conducted was flawed.
