This thread has drawn more attention than I expected, for me, it has raised expectations uncomfortably. I just enjoy bondage and this private venue is the only safe place for me to share that enjoyment with others. I will get the tutorials posted as soon as I can - but I am not putting myself out here as an expert! My work is fairly basic. It's just fun to share.

I think you would very much enjoy a Midori class. While she does some fantastic ties, she is of the same mindset as you - if you aren't having fun with the bondage, and are more mr. domly-dom who must have all ropes exactly visually correct, you are missing the point of bondage.
Most of the fun comes AFTER you have them tied up.
HOW you tie them (and you don't wanna break your toys) matters not.
