I've heard of bending over backward for customer service but this is a little extreme.

In order to accomplish this the lady would need to execute an underage gymnast quality back arch. If she were somehow able to do so, her naughty bits would be out of reach of all but the longest tongues unless she was a lot taller or had a longer torso.

Maybe in the late 70's Nadia Comenici and Gene Simmons could have pulled this off but I don't see it being physically possible.
