Absolutely, no trouble at all!

Please do not give your Client Id out to anyone not listed on P411, preferably only through the P411 system, for security reasons.

I'm kind of confused as to what this means... Somehow I don't think you mean if you've seen an unverified gal from a site that no one has heard of that Gina will vouch you in. Do you mean if you want to see someone NOT listed on P411 that Gina will supply a reference to them? If that's the case, that's actually pretty damn awesome. Gina, you should also use that as a way to get those gals NOT listed on P411 to sign up, sort of a reversal from the typical "P411 Provider sees gent, then invites said gent to P411 and vouches for him at the same time. This could be an excellent way to increase the popularity of P411 in the areas where it's not utilized as much.

I suspect it has to do with an "invitation only" board that was/is telling prospective members to send their P411 ID to the board admin in order to get an invite to join. Gina doesn't want you sending your P411 id to anyone other than a P411 member provider.

Basically, since one logs into P411 with one's ID (at least that's true clientside; I don't know about providerside), that's half the information a hacker needs to crack your account (all s/he has to do if s/he has your ID is crack your password, and for most users that's a lot easier than you'd think). I get the idea Gina's worried about security.

The OP Magnetron is addressing Gina's response to an issue that came to light in a thread posted on ASPD.

There is a site owned by two escorts that is a private site
You can only join that site by invitation by one of its members or by being screened by the staff of the site.
One of the site's owners had requested that you send her your preferred411 ID directly to her email for screening purposes.
The collection of preferred411 Ids was being done without consultation with Gina. The method in which they were collecting the IDs was in direct violation of one preferred411's security features.
Gina having the vision that she has always had, and being so industrious to advance the safety of all involved in the hobby, decided to implement a method to assist the screening of clients for membership to the site breaking her rules. They came to an agreement that was a workable solution for everyone.
Gina's announcement at preferred411 clearly states how she feels about it and how she is more than happy to help. I would quote it here but she may wish to keep it only for the eyes of those who hold a membership on preferred411. You can read it at the top of the updates when you log into preferred411 next time.
Moral of the story: Do not give out you preferred411 ID to individuals or businesses because they ask for it. You should guard that information and only share it through the preferred411 network. In other words, use their email feature so that a verified provider will be the one getting your ID.

I hope that clarifies the confusion.

How secure is the info on P411. Have been leary of giving out that amount of info. Think I saw somewhere the data is stored in Canada but with the internet connections I wonder if LE can get that info.

I've been there three years - not even a hint of any issues on my part or any others that I know of. I wish everything worked this well.

P411 is great. I felt some unease about using it at first. I emailed them and from what was explained to me, it seemed like a very safe and worthwhile option. I have not had any problems with it.
It's a great invest me and has been well worth the money for screening/vouching and finding providers.

The beauty of P-411 is that if you have already seen 3 (i think) p411 ladies, they can vouch you in. No need for employment verification etc. You of course still have to pay the annual fee.

P411 is great in the bigger cities but in lil ole Lubbock there's only a couple of providers listed

I would suggest, when you do see a provider who is not a member of P411 in Lubbock, you tell them about it. Refer the information to Gina and let her do her verification of the provider and invite her to join. There is a button on the p411 site just for this.

The more that are screened and join the better for everyone no different then this site.

the great thing about p411 for the gents is that there are 2 ways to sign up.

you are vouched by 2 p411 providers.

or

you screen with gina and she verifies your info to activate your account. ONE time. this means that for ladies that use p411 you do not have to give out your info over and over again risking that it falls into the wrong hands at some point. you do it once and you can go about collecting 'okays' for your account.

the ladies that you contact thru the system can look at your profile but we will never see the personal info that you gave, from my understanding that is destroyed once you have been verified.

also gina is a pitbull about not just handing out IDs all over the place. i have never had a problem or known of a gent who had a problem with p411. and i love it. especially when i check and i see a lady i trust, which i do most often thats that. you are done.
