The only thing I disagree with on your post is that it should have read Will Soon Be OR ALREADY ARE Using. Some of the technologies described already exist. No, I cannot provide links because obviously the government does not want us to know about them. However, during the nerd days of my working life I also worked with people who were employed on a number of DOD projects. Among them were the F-117 and the B-2. Amazing what I learned about stuff that most would call total science fiction.
