And regardless of who wins the election we will see $20-$25T in debt by the next election. If any of you believe that the Dems or Repubs are willing to do what's right, you live in lalaland. Don't you remember Cheney saying that deficits were good? All conservatives were in support because he was doing what Reagan did. In case you don't remember, when Reagan took over, we were about $900 billion in debt, by the time he left office it was close to $3 trillion.
That's why I'm not either a conservative or a liberal, those labels are just for people who need to identify themselves with either party. I'll say it again, independent thought and common sense do no exist in American politics, and if you're independent, both ends of the spectrum will accuse you of being on the opposite side of the spectrum. To be honest, it gets old and annoying.
