The legalities of having sex with a female under the age of 18

Its illegal in some states to even take a picture of a sex act, regardless of the situation. Missouri and Kansas both have this law i believe. If a married man took a picture of his wife during a blow job it is considered a felony I believe according to the law. A picture of her alone is perfectly fine as long as she is 18 or older. This was brought up on the Missouri boards several months ago, but according to the law its worse to film or take a picture of a sex act then drug related offenses. I think it has more to do with porn start-ups, but it doesnt state that in the law.

Our legal system isn't perfect, but at least they took an unsavory individual off the street. Just read his criminal history.

He was with a minor. I have no sympathy for him and I agree with the law in this case. What adults do is their business but minors should be protected. That being said, 8 years seems like a long time if there is no evidence he would have been making the photos public.

Doesnt matter if the photos are made public. According to the law he filmed or took pictures of child porn, and then sent those pictures via the internet. He took them, possessed them, and sent them. 8 years doesnt seem long enough.

If she wasn't of legal age to consent to sex I would agree with you.
