Not wanting to burst your bubble here, cheaper, but a landslide election victory is considered a victory margin of 10 or more points in the popular vote and win with a majority of the vote (over 50%). In this case, the Bamster won with a 54% to 46% majority - an 8 point margin in the popular vote. Because of the electoral college rules, a presidential election winner could have a slim margin of victory, win with a plurality (less than 50% but more than any other candidate) or lose the popular vote (as Bush 43 did in 2000 vs. Algore) and still win the electoral vote by a large margin. Many Dems/Libs consider the Bamster's victory as a "landslide" because he is the first Democrat who won a majority (over 50%) of the popular vote since Jimmy Carter in 1976 (and look how well THAT turned out).
I will agree with you, however, that I'd rather comment on and admire Adreille's stunning figure than discuss this topic.
