Default Rose spa 1960 lawsuit?

Hey I was watching ch2 Thursday and saw a story about Rose spa on 1960 and Jones. It said that Harris county filed a lawsuit on them. What the heck? Dont these people have anything better to do? No one getting harm in these places!

Even though I support the Hobby in general (Independents), I dislike the Spas as they hurt the businesses around them and bring way too much attention to the hobby (too much in the public eye). Plus, there is truth in that they are tied to organized crime, and move illegals in and around the country to avoid prosecution. I personally would like to see the spas go unless they were fully legalized and regulated like in Nevada, and then only if they were prohibited from strip centers with other businesses and within 5 miles of a church or subdivision. Try running a restaurant or barber shop with a spa moving in next door.

I thinck what you are suggesting is even more restrictive than the adult bookstores and strip clubs.
