Why or why not buy metals? Not metal on paper but the physical metal.

Storage expenses, safety if you are storing at your residence, and selling it is a PIA if you physically take possesion.

Copper is runing about $4 a lb and silver is about $30 an ounce. Copper is very plentiful. Lets not forget precious gems.

A reasonable price to buy it would be $26 per ounce, not a penny more. And most important: not physical!

Gold = laughable investment.
$1631 per ounce at the moment. Remember 7 months ago it was $1921 per ounce? It lost almost $300 per ounce somewhere.
Now where did those $300 go? Investment madness? TV commercial madness?
Or maybe too many people were so stupid to believe Con Artist Glenn Beck? He made millions of it, that's for sure.

I bought lead and brass a few years ago before the spike and I am still shooting ammo that cost me 89.00 a case of XM.
