Yes but EVERYONE gets sick and EVERYONE dies. There's no non-drivers in this scenario.
And when people get sick/have accidents without insurance they go get FREE care and the rest of us pay. How is that okay? I don't pay insurance premiums and bills so someone can pretend they speak no English and get a free ride while my premiums and co-pays go up. How is that any better?
