The report is that Zimmerman asked Martin what he was doing; Martin turned and attacked Zimmerman, punching him in the face and slamming Zimmerman's head into a concrete sidewalk !

Zimmerman, in fear for his life during Martin's attack shot !

Most likely Martin was standing his ground (fearing for his life from a racists Hispanic dude) and Zimmerman was standing his ground (fearing for his life from hoodie wearing thug who was beating the shit out of him) !

End of story. Go home Sharpton, Jackson, NBPP, Obama, and all the other racists who want to lynch Zimmerman.

BTW; Martin was temporarily staying at the girlfriends house of his father. He moved out of his Miami area home after he was booted out of school. It wasn't "spring break" and Martin was just hanging out...where were Martin's parents ?

I've never met a cop that didn't agree with the position of chasing down the perp and dragging him back in the house and then shooting him in the face. As long as you shoot them from the front and not the back, you'll walk.

The TX Castle Doctrine has been extended (via court cases) to allow a person to use deadly force in the protection of neighbors and neighboring residences. In my opinion, a valid extension of the law.

Yep; remember the "no bill" grand jury case of the Houston man, while protecting a neighbors property, shot a fleeing suspect.

That was Joe Horn...It was in a Pasadena neighborhood. Word is the neighborhood has never been more peaceful since Quanell X finally gave up trying to lynch him and left.
