I have a slightly different opinion on this: I don't care about your special rate. I want to know what I should expect to pay.

But I agree with the basic premise that it is annoying not to have any rate information whatsoever.

It specifies that a member must put a rate if they want premium access credit. Not putting it doesn't invalidate the review, but it's no different than poor ROS, lack of clear contact information, or any of the other fields.

Is it annoying? Yes. But it's not "against the rules" and not an issue of some mods ""enforcing" the rule better than others.
