Anyone going to see Dying Fetus at the Scoot Inn tonight?

So I went to the show. I drove in a separate car because I only wanted to see Dying Fetus and not all the other bands. Besides I had been drinking all day and needed to hit the hay right after this band was done. So I drove my own car separately. Since I am cheap, I did not wanna pay for parking so I parked a dozen blocks east of the venue in the east side. I walked the right of the way, it was a beautiful night and I needed the exercise.

At the show, I got in and ordered a beer and talked to my friends. I got a little too close to the pit and a stray crowd of moshers knocked my beer on the ground along with my pants. The band kicked ass as usual. Here is their setlist:

After the band played, I said goodbye to my friends and started the walk back to the car. Then, as I got to 5th and Robert Martinez, my bowels quivered and quaked. There were no places with bathrooms nearby and my car was still far away. I backed my ass up against this red and grey building and defecated. A couple cars passing saw it. I made it back to the car, cleaned up, and then got the hell back to my place. What a night.

Now that Leslie has died I think there may be an opening for an official city spokesman/mascot with the Austin Convention & Visitors Bureau.

The only eccentricity in how I dress is my pants on the ground, cap turned sideways, looking like a fool with my pants on the ground!

One other thing. I almost passed out at the wheel in the Jack in the Box drive thru on Airport. I gotta stop driving drunk!

Scoot Inn had the Thrasher Metal party with the half pipe in front of their establishment. Great new rock bands and a couple of established ones.
