How much difference does tongue piercing make when receiving a bj?
Are is it one of those things that is OK but nothing special and if it is that much better what providers have them and know how to make it more pleasurable.

Depends on the piercing and if they know how to use it. Is definitely an enhancement if used correctly.

It's been my experience that a tongue stud does enhance oral sex. Persoanlly, I find it has the most affect on me when she's sucking my balls and using it on the boys!
