Would Mitt Romney deport this girl? She is here illegally.
http://usnews.msnbc.msn.com/_news/20...nt-be-deported
That is wtf him and Rick Santorum are arguing. Deport all illegals. It does not appear that Newt would.
What do you guys think?

This is a tragic situation. The question is, how many exceptions to the law do we make? If we make this one, then the next will be slightly less tragic. And so on, until the law is irrelevant, like it pretty much is now.
This is an excellent case for changing the law and defining what exceptions to make, but either the law is law, or it's not. If we don't like the law, then we must change it.
In practicality, I would schedule her for a deportation hearing, and then never get around to having it, until we have some laws that make sense. That way we're not making an exception, and providing a good argument for a change.

What will happen
She will heal and when she is better she will Self Deport with the Charitable Contributions to carry her over until her waiting period from when she files is over.
Now if we could get Mitt to allow us to self deport from Afghanistan a tad early it would balance out.

Or we could do what Obama's administration did with this illegal;
Failing to deport this twice convicted illegal felon he went on to slaughter 3 Americans including a 15- year old.
http://www.miamiherald.com/2012/01/2...-released.html
The Obama administration created a special circumstance case for illegal Hatians.........preventing his deportation, despite the prior felony convictions !
An actual outrage that resulted in unnecessary deaths of American citizens; as opposed to your phony speculation regarding Romney!
Obama has blood on his hands in this case of NOT deporting a known illegal.

Again, since Bush was allowed to waste some lives, we can't complain when Obama wastes some lives. I guess each president should be allowed a certain number of innocent lives he can piss down the toilet before we get upset. How many should that be, Catnip?

I haven't heard Gringrich, Santorum, or Romney say that no exceptions will be made. Our laws always have exceptions. The law is a general statement of ideals and a judge will make an exception. This warrents an exception and Gringrich, Santorum, and Romney aren't even involved so why did you bring them into it?

LOL! You've said some stupid shit, but this one tops them all! You are so funny! So typically liberal, it's great!
Funniest part is, you think you're intelligent coming up with those non-answer responses.
