I am closing in on 100lbs lost in about 8 months. My success has been a very balanced approach - healthy eating and working out 6 days a week. Helps with work stress too. I now feel fantastic and get comments in the gym all the time. Thinking of following my passion of personal training and helping others.
Luckily I am nothing like the "I pick things up and put them down guy" lol for those that have seen that commercial.
