That's the feeling I took away from your comments. I agree, with the observation that sometimes it's not "decisions", unfortunately.

I've heard stories of BBFS "sessions" that happened because the lady got very excited during the session, spread her legs, and guided the guy in without bothering to cover him up, and the guy went along because he was "going with the flow" (remember, "a hard dick has no conscience").

The impression I get is that BBFS happens more than any of us will know, because it's so disapproved of in the mainstream that many won't admit it.

it happens more then anyone realizes.. because as you said, its so frowned upon, such a dark cloud over it, no one dares admit it, brag about it, advertise it openly..

in the end, the girls are able to earn money and offer that service if they so choose to.. thats up to them, no matter the thought on how safe or unsafe..

oh for sure.. if you think you know which girls are offering bbfs..thats foolish, the smart ones usually offer it to guys they can trust not to talk, they have an agreement where basically she probably gets more money for her efforts..

its almost (sadly perhaps) career suicide to admit or advertise bbfs..does that prevent it from happening and/or girls making money off of it.. hell no..

ISTM that this has more to do with the demonization of sex work (and to a lesser degree, demonization of sex outside of a stable, socially approved "relationship")--"paid" sex bad and therefore dangerous/unhealthy, "free" sex good and therefore safe and healthy--than it has to do with rational considerations of health and safety.
