To his credit, Romney has been pretty good about not using the race-baiting tactics that so many other Republicans have perfected. That's one reason his support is so tepid in the South, I suspect. However, his opponents are so fucking incompetent that they can't capitalize on his taking the (relatively speaking) the high road.
