i HAVE TO O WITH ST.LOUIS- I THINK WHEN YOU SCREW UP LIKE THE RANERS DID THEY DON'T DESERVE TO WIN- GREAT AME BUT IT WILL BE TOO HARD FOR THE RANGERS TO BOUNCE BACK.
I wonder how the Rangers feel to have something so close to them that it might as well have been 1 million miles away- they blew it Big Time!

The Cards have the momentum, for sure. But I wouldn't count the Rangers out yet. This was one hell of a game. Neither side would give up.

Showing my age (I was a junior in high school); This game was almost a carbon copy of the final game of the 1961 World Series, (gawd, half a century ago!) which was a high scoring game and my Yankees were defeated by the Pittsburgh Pirates when Bill Mazerowski hit a walk off homer to win the game and the series! Carbon copy!

Cardinals had the momentum from game 3, guess what happened next.
All in all the Cards are not in a good position to win this game. Harrison got the quick yank is game 3 so Cards bats haven't seen him much. If you recall the bad call at 1st base got him rattled but he actually pitched ok. Carpenter is now being seen 3 times and short rest, and he got hit more from the first start to the second. Every pitcher is available for Texas, save maybe Colby Lewis, and even he can still pinch run if needed for a bench move. St Louis is thin with the loss of Holliday.
The Rangers SHOULD win this game with their superior roster and proven ability to rebound. Will they is the question.
I predict 7-3 final score for the Rangers.

Yeah, it's likely to be a dull game, well, Game 7s are inherently exciting, so possibly less exciting than last night. Was it 1976 when the Red Sox came from behind to beat the Reds in Game 6, only to lie down in Game 7? Not sure if momentum will be factor.

Nelson Cruz blew that catch in game 6, which blew the game, which blew the series. I am sure he is feeling like shit right now!

Joe Buck should be fired. He screwed up the lineups several times, has incessant mindless banter, and in the eighth inning, when Pujols caught the popup, he actually said, "And Pujols squeezes out number two."
Good lord. He's an idiot.

Glad the Birds won. Anything that makes George W. Bush unhappy, well that is great IMO!
