Can OP see responses in private tags?

I'm pretty sure I remember mods commenting in threads started by a provider that she can see comments in private tags since she started the thread. Dallas mod says that's not correct. Austin and Dallas forums work differently?

Only members with Premium Access can see the content within PRIVATE tags. The OP (original poster, or thread starter) has no special privilege on ECCIE. Thus, ladies can never read them.

(On ASPD, the OP could read them, but that's not true here.)
