I find it funny that a girl with 6200 posts would speak with such derision about guys who "spend every waking moment on a review board".

You do realize that many of those "clients" you speak of very well could be active members of a review board and simply choose not to disclose that to you, right?

Eh two of my favorite clients post on this board and I'm sure they read my posts and would not take what I said as an insult. I do not go around demeaning provdiers/complaining about their rates. That was my point.

Sure I post a lot here but I can see 2 guys a day and make over 1k easily. I guess we'll just say I have a lot of time on my hands. So since this thread is about rates, who is smart here. The girl that has such business model or the girl that charges $80 an hour and has to pay $900 a month for rent. Think about it. I am just surprised that a lot of guys here don't care if the girl is "worn out" and then complain that she doesn't respond to emails or answer her phone.

There are so many reasons that lower price still can not come through. Economy is bad, incall location is bad (recommend to use hotwire to get a location 3 star or higher), no GFE provided, price still not low enough! There is so many pretty, GFE, and eager to serve providers here. Competition sometime may not all bad to providers! Lowering your price to sweet spot (for me 200/hr) can stimulate consumption and business will boom, but no guarantee from my words! This is just my thought.

It's a lot easier to think of this by inverting the situation... If the lady increases her price by $50, will she still get as many customers. We know this helps to decrease the customers, as we've seen some very popular ladies use this tactic to make their demand fit the hours they are willing to work. So, obviously the converse is also true, and reducing your rate will attract customers.

Naomi, I think you are taking my comments in the wrong way. I have no problem with a provider who chooses how much she wishes to make, and sets her price accordingly.

I was commenting on MOCHAakaMOCHA's comments in this thread, the general idea of which is that TiffanyTexas should not lower her rates, and that lowering her rates will not increase her customer base. See this quote and those she references.

69er sorry to tell you your assumption was and is wrong but thanks anyways. And I don't think I said that her lowering her rates wouldn't increase guys calling her probably just that I don't think she should please do not pull out more meaning in my words than what i've said i'm pretty blunt/say what I mean. You might be taking mine the wrong way also .... she can look at her market and see what everyone else is charging and decide if she wants to lower her rates .... i'm doing like everyone else giving my opinion and that is that she shouldn't but she will do what she wants.
