I have been dealing with the NCNS nonsense this summer. It is just lack of respect for another person's time.

Wow, I was just talking to a few friends about this whole NC/NS business. I thought it was just me! It's especially bad when you do outcall and you arrive at your location only to see they are refusing to answer. Had this happen TWICE in one night. One guy was in KATY and I drove from the Pearland area for him to flake on me. I was sooo frustrated! I think even worse is when you both show up... and they dont have the donation. umm... what the hell did you think was going to take place here?!

I wont accept an outcall more than 20 mins away from my location unless they have a multitude of references. I know its not fool proof.... but I havent had it happen since I stopped being so newbie friendly

Not sure I agree with your assertion regarding men and NCNS. I'm sure it doesn't seem like a big deal to the jackass that's doing it, but it ruins things for the rest of us that would like to keep good quality providers within the Houston area. NCNS hurts everyone. The lady will eventually lose business and the honest hobbyists will lose out on the high quality ladies that leave the area/business out of frustration. This problem will never be eliminated but hopefully we can find a way as a group to minimize it. And you know what really burns my ass? A lit candle about 3 feet tall.

Just to add to this. In any business, you will have people booking appointments and not showing up. Its the price of being in the service industry, the hidden costs noone talks about. Do what all businesses do. The dentist cannot charge you for not getting services, so the rule follows. ladies cannot charge for missed appointments, and it is a buyers market unfortunately. And just like the doctor example, if someone keeps doing it,l you tell em to find another doctor. You definitely have the time conscious and as long as the cost of missed appointments is not too high, it is still in your best interest to be nice to all, including the NCNS, and this goes both ways, for providers and clients. Just my $02 cents of thought. If i cancel an appointment, i give more than a few hrs notice, i am yet to cancel any or be late to any so far so good. And yeah, thats probably coz i dont force book anything in between other stuff. I book when am free for a couple of hours.
