ok i will be attending a convention at the Redrock in november anything going on around there.. I dont even have any idea where this is located from the strip so any help is appreciated...

The RR is about as far from the strip as they could get you...Its a nice casino/hotel, but it is no where close to the strip...There are a few ladies that will visit you there if needed and will make your stay worth it...

If you have access to a car, the stip would be east of you about 8 miles.

It could be worse if they stuck you in a boulder highway area casino or one in north las vegas. The red rock resort is only about 30 minutes away from the strip and it's in a nice area.

You will like it there but like the other two said its a few minutes away from the strip. And if you want any ladies to visit you, there are many of us that will. If you will be drinking and stuff while on the strip, it may just be best to take a cab back and forth. Or you can check with Red Rock to see if they have a shuttle that will take you to the strip or airport because the cab could be a bit costly too! Maybe $90 round trip!

And if theres a shuttle to the airport from RR, then just hope on a $6 shuttle to the strip, or a $12 to $15 cab ride to the strip from the airport.

Red Rock Casino/Hotel is heading west very far from the strip but I love this hotel.Make sure the cab driver does not take the scenic route to the hotel I was there a few weeks ago while in valet a couple was complaining that they were charged $80 for a cab ride from the airport to the RedRock.That is just crazy!
The rooms are very nice and sometimes it is a nice break to be away from the strip.
I am sure you will have no problem finding a lady to see you there but there is not too much that is going on there.Perhaps look at the hotels website to see what will be in town when you are visiting!

Oh, if only more people stayed at Red Rock...I live right next to it!

A lot of us locals go there for movies, bowling and dining. Great happy hour at TBones so if nothing else, maybe you'll meet a sexy lady there?

Agreed with the cab fee. It's $100+ (with tip) roundtrip when I cab it to the Strip.

I love RedRock Its a good drive from the strip but its a beautiful spacious rooms!
