What's Your Favorite Steakhouse??

At the risk of sounding "cheap" and "unrefined" since y'all are spendin' the big bucks, in all honesty my absolute fav place to eat was Steak and Ale...best prime rib I've ever experienced......but for some ungodly reason, lol, they went out of business 3-4 years ago....broke my heart....once had Christmas dinner there. Gathered up a few of the 'girls' who did'nt have family and we met there. They closed and were cleaning up around us....never once ask us to leave....one of my favorite memories.... I will never forget it....

Done the Bob's on Lemmon and the Pappa's Bros on No. Northwest Hwy didnt care for the service at either.....but I was in the service industry so.......

Del frisco's in sundance square fort worth. Pappa's bros if I wanna spend $$. Ruth Chris is good casual last minute.

Capital Grill in Plano at Legacy. I don't know where they got that cook but we're talkin steak food-gasm here...

Pretty good with making them myself...although my grill had an...issue...so it needs to be "upgraded" (read here: replaced)

Reatta in Ft Worth for the win. Pan-Seared Pepper Crusted Tenderloin with Port Wine Sauce is my favorite beef dish in DFW. Good bar too. Rooftop tables are nice on pretty evenings.

Cattlemens in the Stockyard is good too.

Been going to FW for steak since my grandfather sold cattle there many years ago. And I still have his cattle brand registered.
