The hooch where you describe Shin-Ae as working sounds like the Venus Bar, which is sandwiched between "Debut", one stop going up the Hill, and "Cheers", on the downside. Debut is strictly drinks only - just a normal bar. Cheers is a juicy bar with hostesses importune you for drinks; it's not impossible to pull from there, but unlike most other venues on the Hill, it's hit or miss and generally much more expensive if you hit if you take account of the drinks bill.

Your Kelly sounds a lot like the one who was in my recent tag team match with Soo-ae, but i'm sure the breasts were natural and mine provided BJ sans beret and was much better at it than you describe. The girls in the place call Debut (or whatever it's called) indeed quickly cost a lot in drinks. Some girls attempt to flirt (they're not very good at it) and are a little scared to be skirting this business--I talked to two of them. They're new to it.

One was nervous when brought to a seat away from the bar. She was visibly uncomfortable to be touched but allowed it. She said immediately she "doesn't do it." The only night I visited (briefly), the girls were not particularly beautiful.

If you want some experienced flirts come out of the subway and go immediately opposite of the Hamilton hotel.
