It amazes me that this subject gets so much attention, because it really is pretty simple. Been keeping my junk "neat" for years. Use quality shaving cream, a good razor, proceed diligently but with great caution, using the shower as your venue. (The steam and hot water make things a bit easier.) Go with the grain first, rinse, apply more shaving cream and repeat in the opposite direction a second time. (A quality post shave cream can eliminate itching and discomfort when applied afterwards.) And don't forget to thin out the jungle on top! Electric clippers work well here.

One important safety note that nobody has mentioned, is to shave one day in advance of your tryst. This allows any minor nicks or cuts that you may not have noticed to heal, minimizing the potential for transmission of disease. (Obviously if it's a deeper cut, use the appropriate caution before playing...)

Very Well said Tony and is exactly what i have been trying to say as well.

You know the other thing that amazes me? I think i seen 1 or 2 posts (not Threads like the men do) on ASPD about how Ladies Groom. You NEVER hear them ask someone to help them shave their Pussy, Legs, or underarms, and they are very good at it, some even bleach their asshole. (they even have to Remind some of us to wash our Crusty ass) they never complain or bicker about what shaver or blade to use. They just get it done and move the fuck on. We need to raise our standards guys and NOT be so damn lazy.

This is a good subject. It is not like dad ever pulled you over to the side and said, "it's time for me to teach you how to shave your nut sack"...lol. I actually would of never asked, but then maybe you are experiencing death by a 1000 nicks. A good razor works. There are other alternates, lazer surgery, and wax! Something about the wax makes me think about Duece Bigalo....

I've tried shaving, but I'm such a caveman it just seems pointless (though it did feel nice afterwards). Plus I have this fear that it looks silly, I'm hairy all over except for that one place...what do I tell my doc at my physical? lol

I go the route pretty much what Tony said.

I hop in the shower, but instead of shaving cream, I lather up with regular soap and go with a two bladed razor. As long as there's good lather and warm soapy water in the area, it's hard to nick anything. Use your opposite hand to move things around and create the smoothest surface possible. re-lather as necessary and repeat in whatever direction's most comfortable. Doing it a day or two before gameday allows any nicks to close up.

If you want to keep a landing strip of some sort up top, use clippers (lowest setting NOT necessary) to edge around the area above the sack. It might itch in the area the first time you do it, but repeats alleviate this.

In the end it'll be worth it. As we all know, a well groomed groin gets WAAAAAY more attention than a jungle.
