You didn't say why she turned you down, I'm assuming you didn't pass her screening process. Maybe she sensed you were nervous or sensed a lack of confidence. In either case get over it and move on. She is not the only provider on the market. Get some references and then try her again, and again, and again. What's the worst that can happen? Exchange PM's or emails for a while and let her get comfortable with you.
