What you said there is entire misleading and patently false on so many fronts.
What you call "Starlink", in that context, is basically a glorified cable modem, except instead of interfacing with a cable, it uses a satellite dish. On the other side of said cable modem is the LAN which is comprised of one or more end points (nodes). Likely tabulating devices and a single terminal for accessing ekky while working.
Said "cable modem" would not have a frick'n clue what encrypted data would be flowing through an encrypted pipe to a distant end point. At best, it would only know the next hop towards the ultimate data destination. In this case a satellite overhead, as part of a constellation of satellites, which likewise would only know the next hop, i.e. link, in the communication chain.
