However, one of my guys states that several of his outfits rigs are in rehab to be brought back on line and there's already a couple dozen ready to go once they are hired.
Note that pumping rigs are totally different than drilling rigs.
Of interest is that the US has been the leading oil producing country in the world for the last six years (thank you Texas).
