If these results stand, my next question is, how does Trump's conviction and sentencing affect him actually being sworn in? Would the House not certify these results, based off of that? He ain't POTUS yet, until he's reading that oath on a bible.

If you want to have a civil war, Congress would have to defy both the popular vote and the electoral college.
Its political suicide, but given that so many are corrupt, it may be the only palatable option open to them.
And there's always teh democrat go to of assassination.
