Help, need to reset account password

Can anyone help?
I cannot log into my Tryst account,
Once in awhile they require to log in , this time
I haven’t been successful.
Apparently my password is not correct and I have no clue what I changed it too
I requested to reset password but I never get any response to my email.
This has been an issue with them, the almost non existence of customer service . Last time I had this problem I waited over 2 weeks for tryst to respond.
Anyone else have this problem? How did you resolve it quickly ? Any suggestions?

If you know any other providers that are on there you might contact them directly. That is if you trust them or know that they have been around for awhile.
You might have to keep trying to get their customer service. Email every day maybe.
