how did you get this number?
It's an autodialer. Calls all 10,000 numbers in an area code / exchange combination. Doesn't give a shit who they are calling. If the call is answered, one of two things happens. A: Tt transfers the call to a screening program then to a call center. B: Hangs up and flags the number is real.
