A few weeks ago, it was the time of the year to ear tag and do other things to the new younger generation of the cattle herd.

One of ECG's friends was in and ECG taught her mountain oyster collection.

The visiting gal was still giggling till mid evening a few hours later

Where I come from, it is called Calf Fries. I never understood the Mountain Oyster name. But then again, I grew up on a ranch where my PapaDon cut them with his pocket knife. lol lol

Kln go to bahamas..i got a free trip long ago to the Atlantis Resort..luved it!

Winn I actually did not eat trsticles at that festival lol BUT I did stay nearly nekkid most of the time lol

I have lived alot of places and spent a year traveling fulltime and living in hotels..it was fun!

I also enjoyed living in New Orleans...miss it!

Is there any place that has spring year round, where the air is not too thick and the heat is not too high & the cold is not too frígid. You know kind of like Colorado in the spring. perfect air, I have heard them called turkey fries, mountain oysters,& a few other names. Not a bad thing to eat until I thought about what I was eating then I had to stop lol, I have lived the city and the country life but they're still the sqúimish little girl in me that some things just don't work for me haha

San Diego up to Carlsbad CA is pretty damn nice. Was there a few years ago in July and it was 105 in Arkansas and 71 there and 50s at night

Where would I go? I would love to have no obligations, just gas up my truck with no particular destination in mind! Total freedom for 3-4 weeks. May sound weird to some, but like the idea of traveling as little/much as I want and stopping wherever. Would definitely head west toward the Rockies. And would definitely drive thru red-rock country of southern Utah. And possibly ending in Montana sounds great. Would time if for my favorite time of year, autumn.
