Don't know about swinger cruises but on a recent cruise I found out that an upside-down pineapple on your door marks you as a swinger.

Being I was an active swinger for many years, both as a couple and a single male, it may sound sexist from the outside looking in. But, actually there’s a good reason why single men are not allowed at swinger clubs, resorts, cruises, house parties, etc.

Hedonism in Jamaica allows single males. So there are options for single males to join the fun.
