She usually asks that if she doesn't recognize you as a returning client. Maybe try burning a new number to see if it is a verification thing. I know that at least one roto flagged my usual number as LE in Mr Number which has caused some trouble when trying to see other rotos, but i never had a problem with Yumi since I'd already seen a few of her girls at that point.
