#1: You already know the answer.

#2: Stopping and Quitting are two completely different things. Pick one and stick with it. Stop for awhile or be a Man and Quit if you're serious.

#3: Tell your S.O. Ask her for "her opinion". That may help you speed things up and you won't be in such "turmoil"...

It’s called ADDICTION and I’m willing to bet 90% of the guys on this board are addicts.

Some are willing addicts and some want to quit they just don’t know how.

Join sex addicts anonymous. Find an accountability partner. Put an app on your phone that blocks porn or sites like this.

Find a church and join a men’s group. Share financial information with your SO.

I know the feeling bud. It’s tough and scary. And don’t let these other addicts sway you to stay if you don’t want.

Definitely an addiction for me. I love the thrill/scare I get when meeting someone new. And when I find a great one I go over board sometimes. Like I recently found a fantastic one and have seen her every 3 days since. Great for her. Terrible for my wallet. I know I shouldn't continue that pattern, but it doesn't take long before the craving comes back and I gotta satisfy it.
