Since you don't see whats on the Teleprompter how do you know he veers off from it? Furthermore if he's veering of what's on the teleprompter then it's no longer scripted it becomes impromptu.

It is very obvious when Trump starts speaking impromptu. No speech writer would ever write what Trump comes up with off the cuff. If the speechwriters are in fact writing Trump's speeches, they should be fired.
