Nobody got any way the law was followed. Same as it was on Roe v Wade.
That specific choice does not need to be singled out as a 'right' but as is pretty common these days Republicans don't want inches its miles gimme the whole thing no abortion no how fuck what Americans want.

When they rule in a few weeks that a President does not have nearly the level of immunity after leaving office that Trump needs to excuse all his dirty deeds it will again be SCOTUS following the law.

Much like the wins Trump is racking up along the campaign trail running against nobody from pretty much day 1 this 'win' in our highest court is nothing more than a hurdle on the way to the big dance.

There is still plenty of time for Trump to ego and rant his way out of this election much like he did in 2020. Can he keep his shit together for 8 more months? Or will he be aborted....again.. by the voters?

We don't have kings in America, and that's what trump is asking to be by wanting "total immunity". In a nation of laws, NOBODY has "total immunity". All Presidents do, and should, have limited immunity, of course.

Nobody has "total immunity" in a nation of laws. Period.

The SCOTUS will rule 8-1 in favor nobody having total immunity. The corrupt piece of shit Clarence Thomas will obviously be of the opinion that trump should be king of America, but the rest of them will tell him how it's going to be. Nobody is above the law in America.
