A problem exist when people want to ban or outlaw stuff without an alternative. Banning alcohol didn't work out so well. It's the same for anything else.
A zillion studies show that porn is bad for young boys. "Back in the day" kids could only get porn from checking their dad's sock drawer. Now the freakiest crap is out there and mostly for free. Makes that dopamine hit quick and easy when before you had to work for it.
Ban free porn or find a legit way to check ages. Yea it's 1st amendment blah blah, but there are all sorts of restrictions on the 2nd. And restrictions on the 1st exist - can't yell fire, etc...
Ban porn but make the hobby legit, preferably just ignore it and keep the govt out of it period.
I don't think any of the Overseer Class is restricted to one particular group. Power corrupts; absolute power corrupts absolutely.
Al Gore's wife (not a R or Christian) went through a lot of trouble to ban or restrict music lyrics. Dems lead the charge on Guns. There's plenty of evidence on both sides.
I want clean and safe streets, put sex back in the bedroom and keep the kids out of it.
Blaming one particular group / person is short sighted.
