Inconsistency with tryst

I expect this is a question that some of the ladies that are also on tryst *might* be able to answer but it covers the touchy topic of finances. Hopefully it's allowed to ask this...

On tryst, many providers have an amount listed above their name when searching. Occasionally, the amount listed doesn't correlate with any amount in the profile. Does anyone know why that would be?

It's not an important question but it does seem a little misleading.

I suspect it's one of the first things they have to enter when they create their account and they just have to put something there before they really think about their rates, and it may be difficult to change once it's there.
I know it isn't the same with sipsap but I asked a provider once why her rate wasn't the same as what was listed at the top of her profile and she said she just had to out something there and everything is negotiable anyway.
