The defense must present their case based on facts, or to poke holes in presentation of the facts of the prosecution, and their implied interpretation. That's allowed. What isn't allowed is to present a defense on known false information.

Yup. The donny crowd and alot of his followers here seem to believe that 'since he said it, it must be true.' Y'all have a hard time believing that is all that was needed in court. Didn't 60+ court cases show you rightie rights that was down right WRONG on your part?
More than one Judge has stated that those who bring about court cases for the Big Cheato do not do even the rudimentary legwork for a trial procedures.
