Jonathan Turley has become the "Liberal idealogist" for Fox News. As a talking head for this channel, he has become aligned with conservative only wins, and is someone who props up any losses for the GOP and belittles wins for the liberals. I don't doubt that it will be appealed to the SCOTUS.
typically- the GOP has decided to have 'states' govern themselves, when it comes to things like abortion, voting standards, taxes, etc. But when a state says yeah, we think that the POTUS prior involved himself in a rebellion by the jan 6 riots. It's good for states to govern themselves,.... until they tell the GOP a ruling they don't like.
Further, his comments about powder kegs, and slippery slopes etc. and that other states are going to ban both red and blue candidates is without merit. You have to have a reason to ban someone from being on a ballot; a reason. And Joe hasn't even faced a single inquiry specifically. His son has, but Hunter's not running for president. All this and that he thinks that it's all about voters to make the decisions; Damn the laws that were broken to get to this point!!
When any person acts in a way that is in violation of the constitution, how else do you have consequences for them?
Hell- the same GOP wants you to believe that a president of the USA is above the law, and those laws don't apply to him, specifically because he's a president.
Did they apply to Nixon??? Nixon resigned when he saw the tea leaves, but Trump was so brazen that he just threw gasoline on a proverbial fire, and now claims immunity. BULLSHIT.

So you don’t think Joe ‘s letting millions of ILLEGAL aliens enter this country disqualifies him for office?
As far as Trump he hasn’t been charged with the crime he vote states. So how come you feel he has committed a crime? He hasn’t and any sane person knows that . Even Jake Smith knows he can’t prove that charge . If there was a chance in hell he thought he could ,he would have filed it.
Democrats are throwing shit against the wall and NONE OF IT STICKS.

They aren't ILLEGAL. It isn't illegal to seek asylum in the US. But you have to be on US soil to do it. You cant yell across the border seeking asylum.
Once they seek asylum, they are processed and issued a court date for a decision. Problem is the courts are backed up years.
As for the topic at hand, Biden hasn't done anything near what the orange dumbfuck has. Trump doesn't have to be charged or convicted of insurrection, just has to have shown to have participated in it. And there is plenty of video of Trump and his stupid family cheering Jan 6 on, pretty much celebrating the day.

Biden's actions on immigration have broken no laws. I, too, disagree with many of his actions but they are not illegal.
There are 91 charges against Trump in 4 criminal cases. I believe he will be found guilty of many.
"In New York, Trump faces 34 felony counts over allegations that he falsified business records to conceal hush-money payments to a porn star. He’s also facing 40 felony counts in Florida for allegedly hoarding classified documents and obstructing the government’s efforts to retrieve them, and four counts in Washington related to his alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election. Most recently, the district attorney in Fulton County, Ga. charged Trump with 13 felony counts in connection to his alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 election result in that state."
In my opinion, Trump did pay hush money to Stormy Daniels. Guilty. Minimal impact.
Trump is guilty in my opinion of many of the charges in Florida. He took classified documents which he had no right to take. He was asked to return them and did not return all of them. He ignored a subpeona. He left the documents in unsecure locations and he allegedly shared the content of the documents with people who should never had access to the classified documents. And he has lied consistently on the subject. Guilty on most charges. Impact ranges from minimal to severe.
The case in Washington will be tough to prove.
"Conspiracy to defraud the United States; conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding; obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding; and conspiracy against rights."
This will be an interesting trial.
Finally, the case in Georgia.
"The Fulton County district attorney's investigation into Trump's conduct following the 2020 election began in February 2021 — spurred by an infamous recorded Jan. 2, 2021, phone call to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in which Trump pressed him "to find 11,780 votes.""
Prior to January 2, 2021 I'll bet Trump had never spoken to Raffensperger. So why did Trump call him on that date and what was the meaning for asking him "to find 11,780 votes"? Obviously Trump was asking Raffensperger to do something to change the election results.
Again I belive Trump is guilty of many of the charges but I have no idea how an impartial jury will rule.

Perhaps you are forgetting about Trump being charged w 91 felonies in 4 indictments.... So yeah, I do think that he's a criminal and unfit for office. Further I do think you participated and even masterminded Jan 6th. Again, being unfit for office
Tell me what charges have been levied on Joe Biden?
And as far as who's responsible for border crossings, specifically it'd be Alexander majorcas, but I understand you think that it ultimately would be Joe Biden. It's already been mentioned in this thread that it is not illegal to seek asylum in the United States. Imagine having to prove in court, that was biden's intent.
I don't even think you be getting impeachment vote for that I've been not saying I agree with it, or a policy of an open border, or that immigration doesn't need to be fixed, because it does. I'm just saying Joe has not faced any charges that would nullify him being on the ballot yet.

Biden will win again. He'll keep the money flowing to foreign nations. Your tax dollars will aid in the support of immigrants. If a catastrophe takes place in your State or community you're fucked. Just look at Maui they don't talk about Maui, they don't care.

Immigrants aren’t the problem, are they? It’s them rapists and drug dealers, right? Were spending our tax money on immigrants regardless.
Unfortunately the GOP and especially Herr Trump have chosen to villify everybody who tries to emigrate to this country, regardless of their status in the system.
Systemic racism, fear mongering and xenophobia.
Fascism on the rise.

Maybe but the vast majority are coming through ports of entry and seeking asylum. Maybe if trumps wall wasn't a flimsy piece of shit they wouldn't be able to cut holes through it.
