My basic rule for agencies is if you can't identify the legitimacy of the agency by their IMPRINT (IMPRESSUM) they're suspect. Possibly also dealing in trafficked women. I didn't see anything on the OP agency indicating who owns the business, and the info on the one you list is not enough to go with, and lacks legal info. That means likely not a legal agency, which is a thing in Germany, Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland.

Note no real ID of the owner and the tax number is their phone number. Neither is absolutely necessary but it shouldn't be blatantly obscured. Should have some sort of Youth Protection notice and other legalese, and the name and contact of that official.
