"Hot seat" indeed. I would think that ALL Plano Spas will take notice and only give benefits to well established customers. That will reduce the tips that the ladies earn. Will they leave Plano because of less income?
This is the city that is trying to control Short-Term Rentals, to help reduce residences being used as Short-Term Brothels.
Plano is also filing against the Landlord. That should wake up alot of the Property Managers that were just happy to have a Tenant. Can't operate a business if no one will Lease space to you.
