After elections, you have no standing because it’s too late and you didn’t bring this up before the elections.

And on the off chance after the election you are determined to have standing, you have an impossible time frame to get and present evidence. So the judges simply refuse to hear the cases

The judges heard the bullshit that they were trying to present and dismissed the cases more there was absolutely no credible evidence in any of the cases...absolutely none. And even after 2 1/2 years of crying, bitching, and complaining the radical far-right conspiracy theory maga and news media still has absolutely zero evidence to back there claims of widespread voter fraud. It's totally and completely pathetic to this brainwashed and not living in reality.

Wrong. The period for all legal challenges is from the day after the election until January 20 at noon. Instead of using that time wisely, trump spent 2+ months trying to steal votes. Sad!

There's a reason why the newly elected POTUS doesn't take over the day after winning the election. They're all given 2½ months to issue legal challenges and ask for recounts (if the margin of victory is < 0.5%).
